At our location at Schraudolphstr. 14, we care for our patients with all general medical concerns and offer comprehensive preventive services.
In addition to general medical care, Dr. Felix Kratzer and Ms. Melanie Bauer also offer cardiological examinations, individual preventive services, and travel medicine.
Acute appointments are available for urgent matters. Should none be available at the Schraudolphstraße location, you can, of course, book a short-notice appointment at the Augustenstr. 96a practice. This practice is only 500m away and offers continuous acute consultation hours. Since our practices work closely together across locations, your electronic patient file is also available there.

Naturally, you can always see the doctor you trust and select your preferred contact person when booking online. However, through detailed documentation of treatment reasons, we are also very well coordinated with each other. This way, you can feel well cared for by any team member, even if your usual practitioner is not available for acute matters.

Our doctor’s office is located at Schraudolphstraße 14 in Maxvorstadt. If you wish to reach us by public transport, please use tram 27 and 28 to the Schellingstraße stop or the U2/U8 subway to the Josephsplatz stop.
Acute Illnesses
For acute illnesses, you can directly book an appointment for our acute consultation hours – as your General Practitioner Maxvorstadt, we are also here for you for short-notice concerns.
If you cannot find a short-notice appointment at Schraudolphstraße for a very urgent matter, we are happy to offer you an acute appointment at Augustenstraße. Acute consultation hours can be offered all day in the spacious premises. Your appointment can usually take place on the same day. Please book an acute appointment directly at Augustenstraße via our online reception.
The Augustenstraße practice is only 500m from Schraudolphstraße and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Patient-Friendly Waiting Times
Through careful planning and organization, we keep waiting times as short as possible. To correctly assess your concern immediately, we briefly and discreetly ask about your reason for visiting at the reception. Any preliminary examinations possibly necessary for the consultation, e.g., ECG or blood draw, can thus be completed in advance. If you require prescriptions or referrals, please also inform us at the reception.
For consultations, especially for preventive examinations, we kindly ask you to make an appointment.
