Clemensstraße Practice

It is important to us that you feel well-cared for, which is why we have designed our primary care practice on Clemensstraße in Munich Schwabing to be bright and spacious. Our practice is fully equipped for comprehensive primary care—featuring various consultation rooms, a laboratory, functional and ultrasound rooms, and a dedicated area for wound care.
In addition to primary care, Dr. Schäfer and his team offer cardiology examinations and individual preventive services. Stress EKGs and infusion therapies are performed on-site. An acute care clinic is available throughout the day for urgent matters.
And should one of our other two practices at Schraudolphstraße 14 or Augustenstraße 96a be more convenient for you, you are welcome there as well. Your electronic medical record is always available—no matter which practice you visit.

Our barrier-free medical practice is located on the ground floor at Clemensstraße 129 in Schwabing. If you wish to reach us by public transport, please take Tram 27 to the Herzogstraße stop.
You can find two additional locations at Schraudolphstraße 14 and Augustenstraße 96a.
Acute Illnesses
For acute illnesses, you can book an appointment directly in our acute care clinic—as your primary care physician in Schwabing, we are here for you even for short-term concerns.
An emergency clinic is offered all day at the Clemensstraße location. Your appointment can usually take place on the same day.
Patient-Friendly Waiting Times
Through careful planning and organization, we keep waiting times as short as possible. To correctly assess your concern immediately, we briefly and discreetly ask about your reason for visiting at the reception. Any preliminary examinations possibly necessary for the consultation, e.g., ECG or blood draw, can thus be completed in advance. If you require prescriptions or referrals, please also inform us at the reception.
For consultations, especially for preventive examinations, we kindly ask you to make an appointment.
